I had a car accident 26th oct 2025, and I have to say, the whole staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. I especially want to give a shout-out to Racheal Hughes, who was there for me every step of the way. Racheal is such a wonderful person, inside and out, and she's amazing at helping people. She always kept me in the loop, even with the smallest things, and was always there to answer my questions or concerns. We've shared tears and laughs, and she always listened to my worries, making sure I felt good after every chat.
